Just when we had finally got over all of the frantically fast-paced drama in Fast and Furious 6, Vin Diesel has only gone and posted a picture from the upcoming seventh movie in the franchise on his Facebook page. Slow down, Vin – we can barely keep up!

The actor teased the above picture with the cryptic caption: 'The unknown road ahead... Ps: One from the set.'

Vin's Fast and Furious buddy Paul Walker can also be seen in the shot – but what do we know about the movie so far?

Vin also posted this picture of his character Dominic Toretto on the set of the film. He can be seen wearing the necklace belong to Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) in the shot.

The actor certainly looks like he's in top shape for the upcoming movie. Well, he has to be, considering the amount of action which is likely to be in the film!

In an interview with the Metro, Vin talked about how excited he was to be working on the seventh movie – he said: 'I’m very excited about Fast 7. We have the director that the studio brought on in James Wan, who had already conquered the horror thriller film genre and is going to bring some nuances to this seventh film. It’s going to be a new dynamic.

Michelle Rodriguez has yet to confirm whether she'll be returning as Letty in the seventh movie. We're hoping she reprises her role, so we're keeping our fingers firmly crossed!

Paul Walker (who plays former cop Brian O'Conner in the flick) will be jumping back in the fast lane for the new instalment. Being a dad, how will he balance his family life and his tendency to get into trouble?

Mia (Jordana Brewster) faced a tough ordeal in the sixth film and, although she has yet to officially sign up, we reckon she'll be returning to the silver screen in the seventh movie. After all, how would Brian cope without her?
